• All linen, whether used or not, removed and cleaned between guests.
• 24 hour room vacancy and airing between guests' policy.

On arrival

• Contact free check-in behind clear screen.
• Guest screening on arrival – temperature check and short questionnaire.
• No mask – no entry policy, so if you don't have a mask, we will provide you with one.

While you are staying with us

• Option of Continental breakfast delivered to your room or English breakfast in the dining room - please advise us on check-in
• Rooms serviced every third day to ensure minimal chance of contamination in your room.
• Hand sanitisation station positioned so that you can sanitise your hands before you enter your room.
• No passages, restricted walkways or lifts ensuring 'Social Distancing' with ease.
• All rooms with separate entrance and private patio.

Staff training and PPE

• All staff fully trained.
• Staff supplied with full PPE when cleaning rooms.
• We have dedicated one of our rooms as a "Clean Station" for our room service staff.
